Please arrive at no later than 5:45 PM to get set up.
WHAT TO BRING
Mats, towels, and water available at the studio. Come dressed to experience an all-levels heated (97/98 deg) power yoga class. The studio is equipped with full locker rooms with showers so you don't have to go home sweaty!
PARKING
Free parking is available in the underground structure beneath the studio. Take the stairs or elevator directly up to the ground floor studio lobby.
